III Work
A practice that was getting traffic but not the right clients. We rebuilt the site around the work they actually wanted, and the inquiries that came through changed accordingly.
Articles and local guides for small businesses whose whole problem was discovery. Written for a reader, structured so search engines and AI assistants can quote them.
A shop floor process that lived on paper, rebuilt as an app for iPhone and Android. Simple enough that staff use it daily, and is still being actively managed.
A security operator wanted alerts when specific people appeared, without replacing any hardware. We built it against the cameras already on site. It has been running ever since.
